I hereby request information regarding the following businesses.



COMMISSION and NON Disclosure agreement We work hard to get information and do not simply give it away. Information is expensive and valuable. Please read the following agreement carefully before pressing the Submit button. I agree to treat ALL information disclosed to me by PBB absolutely confidential, not to disclose such information including the name or address of the business or its owners, to any other person or third party who may wish to purchase the business without the knowledge of PBB (except to layers, bank officials or accountants for advice). I agree to pay Pretoria Business Brokers (PBB) commission (Excl. VAT) on any businesses that I choose to buy which have been referred to me by PBB. Commission shall only be payable if no commission has already been added to the selling price of the business. Commission shall be payable as a percentage of the GROSS selling price and will always be based on the selling price including stock. This commission shall still be be payable if the seller agrees to fund the purchase price over a period of time and Pro-rata commissions shall be payable on pro-rata transactions. Commissions due shall be paid over to PBB within 3 working days of the date on which the business has been taken over. I agree to notify PBB when an offer to purchase has been made and accepted, when contracts are signed and when payment has been made for the Business and agrees to provide PBB with copies thereof. I agree not to talk to the staff or management about the business, nor to attempt to in any way conclude a deal with the Seller of the business without the knowledge of PBB management. I acknowledge and understand that PBB may be entitled to commission payments from the Seller as part of a "Open Mandate" and that this will not constitute double commission payment. I undertake to inform the Seller that I have received this information from Pretoria Business Brokers. The buyer indemnifies Pretoria Business Brokers, its Management and staff from any legal disputes that may arise. All parties concerned submits to the jurisdiction of the Pretoria Magistrate Court.
